Where should I stay?

Answer

Currently there is a 15x room hotel block setup for the "Home2 Suites by Hilton, Leavenworth Downtown" for October 11-13. The block can be expanded if it becomes booked up prior to 30 days before the wedding. Use the reservation name Brewster-Devlaminck by midnight September 10 to utilize the discounted rate. If you'd like to stay in a more affordable location but a little further out, there are great options in the Kansas City area (Only 25-40mins from Leavenworth). We are having the ceremony at our church, and the reception will be at the Brewster Farm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are going for Garden Party/ Dressy Casual vibe! The ceremony will take place in the Catholic Church, please dress accordingly. Feel free to change into something more comfortable for the outdoor reception, but kindly refrain from casual wear.

What are the dinner plans?

We will be serving BBQ and cupcakes (our favorites!) Alcoholic beverages will be available, self-serve. We will also have assorted non-alcoholic beverages available. Please help us keep the weekend nut free for our loved ones with allergies

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

We've hired an awesome photographer to take all of our photos for us, please try to refrain from using your phones for photo/video purposes until the ceremony is over. After that, feel free to take all the photos you want!
