The side-seams are left open at the bottom up to varying lengths to allow for easier movement. Sherwani A Sherwani looks very similar to a Kurta but is distinguished by its much thicker fabric and regal look. Due to the terrain at the venue our recommendation is that you opt for a thicker heel rather then a thin heel.

Question

Is there a cash bar?

Answer

No cards accepted, cash only due to poor connection at the venue.

Question

Is there accommodation at the venue?

Answer

Yes, for bookings email or WhatsApp only: events@heavensview.co.za / 072 3182 899.

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we would love to be able to have you and your little ones celebrating our big moment with us. Regrettably we cannot accommodate children due to the child unfriendly nature of the venues terrain (mountain side venue). Infants less than a year old that aren't at risk of wandering around and injuring themselves (falling of cliffs) are more then welcome to join. We do request that during the ceremony and vows you sit towards the rear of the Chapel. Thank You

Question

Can we greet the groom and bride while they get ready?

Answer

Zane: Don't be shy, getting ready is always quicker for men. Pop by and say hello, or share your wisdom with me while I get ready. Zane will be getting ready in the Bergplasie cottage. Kimay (written by Zane): Rather check with Kimay before hand. It is normally chaotic during the make up and dressing. No please don't come.

Question

What Gifts Can We Bring?

Answer

The most expensive ones!!!! No I'm kidding we know how expensive it is to attend our wedding, we do not expect any gifts from you. We would prefer that your bring a photo of yourself with either one of us and write a heart felt message or a piece of wisdom on the back of it. We will decorate our home with these!!!!!

Question

Can we take pictures?

Answer

Yes and no. During the ceremony we kindly ask that your phones be on silent and that you do not take pictures. The only lenses to be used are the ones in your eyeballs (ha ha doctor joke). We will have photographers taking pictures of the ceremony and we are more than happy to send you copies of those. After that its no holds barred. Please download the shared camera app and take photos of everything so that we can compile it into one big album.
