Philadelphia International Airport is about a 25-30 minute drive from our venue. Rental cars are available at the airport, but Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you would prefer not to have to drive.

Shuttle

Best Western Plus Concordville Inn Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle will be provided to transport guests to and from our event. There will be two shuttles leaving the hotel to bring guests to our venue. The first shuttle will leave precisely at 3:30 pm & the second at 4:00 pm. There will be two shuttles leaving the venue to return guests to the hotel. The first will leave at 10:15 pm & the second at 10:45 pm. Each shuttle fits 14 guests, so we recommend arriving early to the pickup location to ensure you get a spot on one of the shuttles. The hotel will allow early check-in as long as rooms are available, if no rooms are available for early check-in, the hotel will be able to tag and hold luggage until after the event.
