Minnesota State Fair

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Tickets: Tickets to the fair cost $15 and are available online. We highly recommend buying tickets online in advance to avoid lines. We rented the Horton Pavilion for the evening as a meeting point to get started, and that’s where we’ll meet up at 5:00 pm! Depending on how you get to the fair (see below), you may enter through a variety of gates. Search for "Horton Pavilions at Heffron Park" in Google Maps or on your State Fair map when you enter to find us. Arriving By Uber - Ubers to the fair from Minneapolis typically cost between $15-40. Arriving By Car - There are many paid parking lots at the fair, but lines can be very long so give yourself plenty of time. Arriving By Bus - There are express buses to the fair from all over the city OR if you're staying downtown, take bus 3A/3B/3 from Washington Ave & 10th Ave Downtown.
