Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is July 22nd, 2026.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed. We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes," but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify the bride at 661-205-3355.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "No." We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will start at exactly 6:00pm, so please do not be late.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please dress semi-formal. For women, think cocktail midi dresses, skirts and blouses, nice pants, or maxi dresses. For men, think suits or dress shirts and ties. Please reserve hues of green for the wedding party.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in sage green, and the groomspeople will be in green and tan.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child is invited, their name will be on the RSVP tab. If not, we hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a special date night!

Where should I stay?

Answer

First, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided a list of accommodations under our "Travel" tab. We have a room block reserved at The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa. For more information on the room block, please go to the "Travel" tab. You do not have to choose a hotel we provided, but we hope it helps in your search.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer, and they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking! However, we will be having an open bar, so please plan accordingly.
