Our deadline to RSVP is May 1, 2026. If you have not RSVP'd by this date, we will assume you are not able to attend.
We have secured a room block at the Delta Allentown - Lehigh Valley, located at 7736 Adrienne Dr. Breinigsville, PA 18031. The last day to book your room at the discounted rate will be Tuesday, June 23, 2026. The link to secure a room can be found on under the "Travel" tab.
The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM sharp. Please plan to arrive to the venue by 4:15 PM to have enough time to say your hellos and find a seat. Transportation from the hotel to the venue will be provided. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all on the same property.
We want you to look good and to feel good! We are all here to party and have a good time after all. We are asking for everyone to dress in cocktail attire so, please no jeans or sneakers. Ladies, the ceremony is on the grass so plan your shoes accordingly :).
We love kids... but no, children are not invited to the reception.
Yes! Ample parking is available for both the ceremony and the reception. It is one parking lot that is a quick walk to both the ceremony space and the Bank Barn where we will be hosting our reception.
Yes! There will be two school buses that will be picking guests up at the Delta Marriot Allentown location at 3:30 PM and dropping individuals off at the venue by 4:15 PM. A bus will also be taking guests back to the hotel after the event. You are not required to take the bus at all. If you feel more comfortable driving yourself, that is fine too. The hotel is about 20 minutes away by car and about 30 by bus.
The closest airport to fly into is Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), located approximately 24 miles away. Depending on where you are traveling in from, Newark Airport may be the most cost-efficient option, but it is approximately 1.5 hours from the venue.
