FAQs

Question

Where will the reception be located?

Answer

The cocktail reception will take place at Catbird, located in the Thompson hotel. Please enter via the Elm Street entrance and take the lobby elevators to the 10th Floor / 9C.

Question

Will I have to pay for parking?

Answer

We understand that downtown parking can be both challenging and costly. Complimentary valet parking will be provided for all guests.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To allow ample time for parking, we kindly ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes early (6:45 PM) so you do not miss the start of the reception or the entrance of the bride and groom.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We would be delighted for our family and friends to celebrate in style! Cocktail attire with a pop of color is kindly requested - think long, colorful dresses. Gentlemen are welcome to wear suits or slacks with a button-up shirt. Jeans are not permitted.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and the intimate nature of the event, only guests named on your invitation may attend. Plus ones will be listed under your name on the RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, due to our venue’s policies, the cocktail reception is strictly an adult-only event (18+). We hope you’ll enjoy this evening as a special date night!

Question

Will the cocktail reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will take place indoors, with access to an outdoor patio, overlooking the beautiful Dallas skyline.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by May 13th, 2026. RSVPs are strictly required, and we regret that we will be unable to accommodate guests who do not respond by the requested date. We have to provide an exact guest count to our venue, and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

More questions?

Answer

Should you have any questions, kindly reach out to the bride’s parents, Crystal and Steve.
