We recommend flying into Gunnison–Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) located in Gunnison, Colorado. It is approximately a 30-40 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte and does not require driving over any mountain passes!

Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS) is a secondary option. It is a much further drive taking an estimated 3.5 to 4 hours. It will also require driving over mountain passes.

Denver International AirportDenver International Airport
We do not recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DEN). While still an option, it is a significantly further drive, taking an estimated 4 hours and 45 minutes. It will also require driving in heavy traffic and over mountain passes.
House Or Rental

Most of our guests will be or have already found individual accommodations in the town of Crested Butte. Hotels and Air BnBs are likely to become limited the closer we get to the busy mountain summer season. So, we recommend booking your accommodations at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, some guests are planning to stay in the town of Gunnison (30-40min South) where there are more accommodations options.

The parking at the venue is EXTREAMLY limited. There are a few public parking lots 5 minutes down the road in town, we recommend parking there. We encourage guests to coordinate carpooling between the public lots and venue. Uber or walking is also an option. The town offers a free on-demand shuttle service. (https://www.mtnexp.org/firsttracks/). Please plan ahead and anticipate potential delays. The primary seating window is from 3:30pm to 3:45pm. Ceremony starts at 3:45pm. You are welcome to be a little earlier than 3:30 to accommodate carpooling and travel restraints. When you arrive, please make your way to the ceremony area and find a seat.
