Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. We are also hoping to schedule a "Live Stream" of the wedding so all can still partake in our special day with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our wedding day evening. Wear whatever color you like, but please do not wear white.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love all of your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. Our resort offers babysitting services if needed.

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico? Children too?

Answer

All Americans (Children/minors as well) traveling to Cancun must have a valid U.S. passport when flying into Mexico, available through the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov). A passport or passport card is accepted for travelers driving from the United States to Cancun or for those arriving by cruise ship or other watercraft.

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

All reservations are non-refundable following the final balance due date. Cancellation fees are only reimbursed via reimbursement from a travel protection plan. If you choose not to purchase travel protection, cancellation fees are your responsibility. We strongly recommend that each guest purchase Travel Protection Insurance.
