Question

What time does the reception begin?

Answer

Cocktail hours begins at 530PM, with bridal party entrances around 620PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - Cocktail attire! NO white or jeans, please.

Question

Will there be transportation??

Answer

There will be a 35-passenger charter bus taking guests from the hotel to the reception for cocktail hour. The bus will leave promptly at the following time slots: 5pm & 540pm. The bus will make two return runs to the hotel at 1015pm & 11(ish)pm for guests not looking to go out after the reception. After dropping off guests at the hotel on the 11 o'clock return bus, we will be heading to Downtown Willoughby on the bus straight from the hotel. Feel free to join the bridal party on the bus, or meet us there! We will head back to the hotel promptly at 1245am.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 12th, 2024. If we haven't heard from you by then, we will assume you won't be to make it and would love to celebrate with you another time!

Question

I'm vegetarian, vegan and/or have a food allergy or intolerance, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know when RSVP'ing. If you already have RSVP'd but forgot to mention it, call or text Lillian prior to the July 12th RSVP deadline so we can guarantee we can accommodate you.

Question

I wasn't asked for a dinner selection. Do I need to make one?

Answer

No, you do not! Our dinner will be served plated with both entrees, and family style pasta, so you can have a little bit of everything!

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We do! We have a small number of rooms for the block on Thursday, 08/15 for those traveling from out of town/state and quite a few rooms for the night of Friday, 08/16 (wedding night). Please follow this link: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1696443571629&key=GRP&app=resvlink

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our friend's and families' kids! However, we made the decision to not have children at our wedding. Only the children in the wedding or children of those in the bridal party are invited to the wedding. We completely understand if you're unable to find a sitter and would love to get together another time to celebrate if you can't make our special day.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite was addressed to someone specific, or "Your Name Plus One", then yes, you may bring a guest. Otherwise, we ask that you save your guest for another special meet-up!
