Located 20 minutes from PDX Hotel Eastlund is the first hotel that Noa and I stayed at when we visited Portland, so it holds sentimental meaning for us <3. There is a nice rooftop restaurant bar with views of Mt Hood, Mount Rainier and the Cascades. They have a great daily happy hour Mon-Sun and a weekend bottomless mimosas brunch.
