With the new venue being on government land they require all non-military affiliated guest to fill out a 5512 Form. Please email or message me to get that form. If you are current/prior/dependent military with a DoD or VA ID then I just need your full name and date of birth for the Guest List.

We kindly ask that guests dress in cocktail attire. For example: cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuits, nice blouse with a skirt, or tailored pants work beautifully for women. Men consider dress slacks with a button-up shirt, jacket, and tie. Our colors are earthy greens and blues, and we hope you feel "lost in the woods". If you’d like to lean into the colors or the theme with your outfit, that would be lovely—but it’s certainly not required. Most of all, we want our friends and family to feel great and look their best as we celebrate together.
Their is plenty of parking spaced around the pavilion. We kindly ask that you reserve the closer spaces for guests who may have difficulty walking longer distances. Parking in the grass field is also allowed.
The ceremony is facing the water on a concreted surface. The reception will be held under a covered pavilion. The walking area is mixture of mainly well-maintained grass, dirt road, and sandy beach. The driving road in is all dirt roads and gravel.
If you can secure childcare, that is preferred. Seating and space are limited, and our hope is for you to be able to relax, enjoy the entire evening, and celebrate with us. However, if child care isn't feasible, then we would rather you all be there. Contact Madelyn if this is the case.
