Flight
Both airports are just as close to the city and a quick cab ride into Manhattan. If you'd rather take public transportation from the airport, JFK has the AirTrain which connects to the E, J + Z subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road.
Train
While a cab is a quick way get anywhere in NYC, the subway system is also pretty easy to navigate. To get to Park Church Coop from Manhattan, take the L train (from any stop along 14th Street) to Lorimer Street, and switch to the G train, towards Church Street (Brooklyn). Hop off at Nassau Ave, and it's about a 10 minute walk to the church from there. Jing Fong is close to the 6 train (Canal Street stop), and a short walk from the B (Grand Street stop)
