How and When to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by sending us an email to birtwedding2024@gmail.com no later than May 1st, 2024. Please send us an email even if you cannot attend; we would still like to know. If you have any dietary restriction, you can let us know in your RSVP email.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be parking available; however, it is limited so we would appreciate carpooling if possible.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire will be appropriate. Please know the wedding will be outside so dress to match the weather and wears shoes that will be comfortable to walk on grass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated for the ceremony no later than 3:45pm. There will be signs at the venue to direct you towards seating

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

As much as we absolutely love your children, we are asking that the wedding please be an adults only event.

Are food and drink included?

Answer

Yes! All food and drink will be on us. There will be a tip jar for the volunteer bartenders.

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception
