Blue Ridge Parkway
There are many entrance roads to the parkway, but wherever you end up, there will be fantastic views! Stop at one of the many overlooks for a gorgeous photo-op of the mountains, or explore one of the many hiking trails.
Cardinal Drive-In
All of the milkshakes here are good, but the chocolate malt is Zainab's favorite!
Rocky's Grill & Soda Shop
The pimento cheese here is great, they even put it on one of their all beef hot dogs!
Biltmore
This is the location that Zainab and Jeremy got engaged! Tickets to the grounds are a little expensive, but it's well worth your visit. There is plenty to do for the entire day on the estate, from resturants to garden walks to horseback riding, and the house is pretty impressive too.
The Square Root
This is a delightful restaurant in the alley in downtown Brevard. They have good food and good service, but it is popular so you might need a reservation!
Sora Japanese Restaurant
The hibachi here is great!
Sliding Rock
This is a natural rock waterslide that's fun to visit for kids and adults of any age!
Dolly's Dairy Bar & Gift Shop
Dolly's has the best ice cream in town! They also have flavors named after each of the local summer camps. Sit outside and enjoy some ice cream in a rocking chair on a summer evening!
