What Items Do I Need to Bring for Check-In?

Please make sure you have the following items with you before traveling: • A valid Passport (required) • Your Real ID • A printed copy of your room confirmation from InteleTravel (please print this approximately one week before your trip) We recommend keeping these documents in your carry-on bag for easy access during travel and hotel check-in. Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask our guests to wear formal all-black attire for our wedding celebration. For the Ladies: Please choose an all-black formal dress. We kindly ask that you avoid satin or sequin dresses, as well as dresses that include other colors, patterns, or prints. We are aiming for an elegant and cohesive all-black look. For the Gentlemen: A black linen shirt paired with black pants is perfect. If you prefer to wear a suit, we ask that you wear a black shirt underneath your suit jacket instead of a traditional white shirt. We will upload inspiration photos and outfit ideas to help guide your selections. Thank you for helping us bring our vision to life.

Will the Welcome Party Be Outside?

Answer

Yes! The Welcome Party will be held outdoors on Wednesday, September 30th at 6:00 PM at the Beat Patio at Hard Rock Los Cabos. The dress code for the Welcome Party is Semi-Formal All White Attire. We encourage everyone to wear their best white outfit and come ready to kick off the wedding festivities with us! If you're unsure what to wear, don't worry , we have provided a mood board with outfit inspiration and dress code ideas to help guide your selection.

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

Of course! We encourage guests to take photos before and after the ceremony. However, we kindly ask that you do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony itself. Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony, meaning we would love for everyone to put away their phones and cameras and be fully present in the moment with us. We have professional photographers capturing the ceremony, so you can simply relax and enjoy this special experience alongside us. Don't worry, we will have plenty of opportunities to take photos together during the reception!

Will the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception Be Held Outside?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are currently planned to be held outdoors so that everyone can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Los Cabos. The ceremony will begin at **4:00 PM**, when temperatures are typically cooler and more comfortable than earlier in the day. As the evening continues, the weather usually becomes even more pleasant. However, if the weather does not cooperate, we will move the events indoors to ensure everyone is comfortable and able to celebrate with us. We will keep guests informed of any changes if necessary.

Concerned About the Weather?

Answer

No worries! While we cannot predict exactly what the weather will be like, our wedding planner has shared that October in Los Cabos is typically beautiful. For our Wednesday Welcome Party, which begins at 6:00 PM, the event will be outdoors. The sun will be setting, temperatures are usually between 75-80°F, and there is often a nice breeze. Our wedding planner noted that it can get windy in the evenings, but it is generally a comfortable and refreshing wind. For our Wedding Day, the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM and is expected to be sunny and warm. As the evening progresses, you can expect a cool ocean breeze and temperatures around 75-80°F. Of course, weather can always change, so as we get closer to the wedding date, we will provide guests with updated weather information. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket if you tend to get chilly in the evenings. Most importantly, come ready to celebrate, relax, and enjoy beautiful Los Cabos with us!
