In 2018, Gregory had asked me out for coffee at Starbucks. I was unsure of how it would go, so I scheduled a meeting after an hour. When I arrived, he was not there and I had received a text saying "I'm here, I don't see you." He had gone to the wrong Starbucks! He made his way over to me, and to my surprise, the conversation was enjoyable. I told him to message me and we can meet up again, but he ghosted me for two years. Fast forward to Spring 2020, we crossed paths again and found out we were in the same math class, sitting in the same row on opposite ends and were in the same tutorial AFTER classes went online. Apparently, I had talked to him after an exam, but I have no memory! He asked me out again, but I was moving back to Vancouver when he wanted to meet up, so we broke some COVID rules and met up a few times over the summer...oops. At the end of 2020, we had feelings for each other and over the next few years, there was a lot discussions and tears of whether things would work out, but we persevered and now here we are, getting married!!
