NOTICE

Answer

Dear guests, this is a gentle reminder that if you plan to stay in the town of Cochrane the night of the wedding, please make sure you book your stay soon. The wedding venue for August 29 is 1 hour drive from Calgary and Cochrane is the closest town. Cochrane is a small town and places can book up fast leading up to summer months. If you need help in finding hotels or places to stay, Ryan or Zahra can help you find something. We will have transportation back to Cochrane the night of the wedding at 12.30am and 1.30am.

Question

How will I get to the events?

Answer

Prepare to commute to events via public transport, Uber or by renting a vehicle. If you are not a local, an Uber or taxi should be easy to get to our home for the Mehndi event. However, please note that you will need to rent a vehicle or carpool for the Nikkah event as it is outside city limits. Immediate family vehicles of the bride and groom will be occupied so plan ahead!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

On the Nikkah & Reception day, you may wish to stay at an Airbnb or Hotel in Cochrane as it is closer than travelling back to Calgary. Plan to book in advance as the summer season can be pretty busy for this small town.
