Reservations may be secured and confirmed by calling (803) 957-5000. To receive the special group rates for this event, callers must identify themselves as an attendee of the Hyatt-Wooten Wedding. A major credit card number must be provided to guarantee reservations. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid penalties for individual reservations. Failure to give proper notification will result in the first night’s room rate being charged to the guest. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or first night’s deposit.

Group block name is Hyatt Wooten Wedding: guests must give us the block name to receive the discounted rate and must guarantee with a major credit card. We will hold the group block until 30 days prior to the events. On 4/05/2024 any rooms left in your block will go back into our general inventory for us to resell. If any guests want to cancel their reservations, they can cancel their reservations 1 day before the arrival date. Note that both hotels may replenish the initial block if all rooms are taken and they still have available inventory; however, the price is subject to change after the initial block sells. We will post any changes or updates here.
