When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at The Highlands Estate. Cocktails and the reception will take place immediately after, just a short walk from the ceremony site.

When should I RSVP by?

To let us know you’re coming, please visit the RSVP page on our website. We kindly request your response by April 15th, with a final deadline of April 23rd, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Santa Rosa Airport (STS) – about 30 minutes from the recommende hotel San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – about 2 hours from the recommended hotel Oakland International Airport (OAK) – about 1.5 hours from the recommended hotel

Where should I stay?

Answer

Cloverdale Wine Country Inn and Suites 324 S Cloverdale Blvd Cloverdale, CA 1-(707)-894-7500 We have a room block here with a rate of $125/night (plus tax). Call the hotel directly to book and mention "Melody and Zackery" wedding. There will be free shuttles transporting guests from the hotel to the wedding venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony site?

Please check again in late April / early May to see specific arrival time details! We will have buses with specific departure times from Cloverdale Country Inn & Suites.

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

We will not be having on-site parking. Guests should take the shuttle departing from the Cloverdale Inn & Suites. If this will be an issue, please contact Melody or Zack ASAP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony and reception, we recommend formal attire: suits and floor-length dresses. Suggested colors: Earthy wine country tones are warmly welcomed - think champagne, linen, sage green, lavender, dusty rose, terracotta, and warm neutrals. To avoid: We'd gently ask that guests avoid shades of blue, as it's reserved for our wedding party. Also neon, please don't wear neon. Please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our venue, we are only able to host those specifically named on your invitation. If you were given a plus-one, you will see the option to add their details when you RSVP online. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

If I am traveling from out of town, should I rent a car?

Answer

Yes, we highly recommend renting a car for the weekend! Uber and Lyft are not reliable in wine country.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles taking guests to and from the hotel to the ceremony. Hotel to Venue: Shuttles will depart from Cloverdale Wine Country Inn & Suites at 3:00 PM sharp Venue to Hotel: Shuttles will depart from The Highlands Estate at event end time (10 PM) with one earlier option (8:30)
