April 1st 2024 is the first day we met and no it's not a April fool's joke. I went over to an empty rack next to him and started doing pull-ups and the next thing I know this little short man was asking me if I know how to do a muscle up. I said I don't believe so how about you show me and he did it with ease, next it was my turn and oh boy I wasn't even close! He then asked if it was something I wanted to work on he is here almost every morning around 8 a.m. and he would help me be able to do the muscle up. The next morning I went and he was there, we have been working out together ever since!
