RVPS deadline is July 1st, 2022.. Guests may RSPV by filling out RSVP card and returning via pre-stamped return envelope.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Ladies should wear evening gowns and elegant cocktail dresses that fall below the knee, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
The ceremony is at St. Mary Magdalene in Willowick, OH. The reception is at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in Cleveland, OH. Please see the home page for addresses.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Parking at the church for the ceremony is free. Parking at The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is the responsibility of the guest(s). There are two options for parking for the reception at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown: 1.) Valet parking 2.) there is an underground parking garage directly across from the main doors (there is an underground walkway from the garage to the hotel to avoid having to cross the street)
Both the ceremony and reception will be located indoors.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking family portraits in the church for about an hour. The bridal party will then venture off to take photos in spots around the Cleveland area. Guests have approximately 3 hours between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Guests can take this time to travel from the two locations, check into their hotel, and freshen up before arriving for cocktail hour from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
Transportation will not be provided.
We are asking you all to put your phones away during our unplugged ceremony to be mindful and present in our special day! We will allow a "photo minute" during the ceremony and encourage you to take TONS of photos during the reception!
We will have a photo minute at the beginning of the ceremony as soon as the entire bridal party has recessed into the chapel. We ask that phones stay put away until the photo minute. Once the photo minute is announced, we invite you to pull out your phones and take as many photos over the next minute as you would like! Once the photo minute is over, we ask phones be put away for the remainder of the ceremony.

The reception is 6:30pm-12:00am. Guests may head up to the 32nd floor of the Hilton to join the Bride and Groom at Bar 32 to continue celebrating!
