Welcome Party

6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Come join us for a beer the night before the wedding at Rosalie's favorite bar in the world! It will be a very casual event. There will be plenty of cold beverages and an abundance of beautiful Puget Sound views. If you come hungry, there is a food truck at the bar, and a few spots in walking distance that you're welcome to bring food from!

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

We want everyone to wear whatever makes them comfortable. Show up in board shorts or ballgowns, tuxes or t-shirts, just look good, feel good, and come hang out and have a good time. One thing to note is that there is a good amount of grass and uneven surfaces around the venue, so maybe leave the stilettos at home.

The ceremony is in the gardens of the Bishop Hotel. We will have a short ceremony at 4:00 followed by a reception Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm so you can settle in and grab a glass of bubbly before the ceremony starts. Please note, the ceremony and reception are adult only events. We kindly ask that you leave any kids and babies at home, preferably unattended, with plenty of candy and fireworks. Parking will be limited, so we encourage walking or carpooling to the event. Luckily the Bishop Hotel is right in town and walkable from many hotels!
