Hotel
We have a block of rooms reserved. You will need to book prior to August 6th, 2023. Whatever rooms are not booked by August 6th will be released to the public. Rooms are listed under Ridgely or Cacioppo. Guests will be required to make a 50% down payment on suite at time of booking; the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. No pets allowed. There is a 2 night stay minimum on weekends. Cancelation policy: All money will be refunded if you notify us 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel 14 days within your arrival, 50% of your paid funds will be refunded. (This hotel is approximately a five minute drive to the venue, there will be shuttle services day of the wedding-shuttle service details below). DO NOT book online. House Or Rental
If you choose not to get a hotel room, you can look at some of the rental properties the Red Barn Vacations has to offer that are nearby. If you have questions about properties feel free to email them, Lori, will most likely be your point of contact. Please mention you will be attending the Cacioppo/Ridgely wedding at the Red Barn.

AirBnB - If you choose to forego the previous two options, there is always Airbnb. There are many homes available in the community Waterfront Greens in Swanton, MD that are within walking distance to the Red Barn. If you don't want to stay in the community, just be cautious of where in Deep Creek you book as some can be up to 30 minutes away closer to the ski resort.
Shuttle

There will be a bus running from the hotel to the Red Barn for the Ceremony and back to the hotel post reception. More details to come.
Flight
If you are flying in for the wedding the closest airport to the venue is Pittsburgh International Airport(PIT). The drive from the airport is approximately 2 hours.
