Please arrive between 4:30-5:15 PM
If you are driving to the venue, there is a large lot you can park in. If you want to leave your car at the venue overnight, the venue requires all cars to be out of the lot by 11 am the next day.
Attire is formal cocktail. We ask for no jeans, flip-flops, hats, etc.
Yes, there will be a place to inform us on your invitation of your dietary needs
There will be a shuttle service to and from the hotel as well as plenty of free parking available on-site. The shuttle buses fit 25 people per bus. There will be two shuttles to pick up guests in two rounds. One round at 4 PM and then a second round at 4:40 PM. The shuttles will also be available to take guests back to the hotel after the reception. The first round will come at 10 PM and the second round at 10:40 PM.
You will be indicated on your invitation if you are able to bring a plus-one
While we love kids, we are asking to make this an adults-only event (hence why our dog is the flower girl)
