When is the RSVP Deadline?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is February 1st, 2026. Please RSVP using the tab on this website. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Can I Bring A Plus One?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Are children allowed?
Answer
Yes, children are allowed at the resort and wedding. The venue does charge a fee for children between the ages of 3 and 11, while those under 3 may attend at no additional cost. We kindly ask that you contact us if you plan to bring children so we can plan accordingly with our venue.

What does it mean to stay at an All-Inclusive resort?
Answer
Your all-inclusive stay includes the cost of your suite, all meals and drinks (including alcohol), access to pools, private beach, daily activities, theme nights, 24-hour room service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and all taxes and gratuities. There are certain upscale restaurants and specialty dining experiences that are excluded from the all-inclusive experience and require reservations and payments.

Is there a room reservation deadline?
Answer
Yes, the deadline to reserve your room using our room block code is February 1st, 2026. This deadline is set by the resort and all rooms must be booked prior in order to take advantage of our discount and room block.

Is there a payment plan available for room reservations?
Answer
The first night is due at the time of reservation to be used as a down payment. The remaining cost is due at check in when you arrive to the resort.

Are there advantages of booking rooms through the group code?
Answer
Yes, there are multiple advantages to booking your room through our group code. The resort has reserved a block of rooms for our guests to keep us close together at a discounted rate that is set and does not fluctuant in price based on availability. Plus, only those who book through our code will receive the following benefits: 20% Discount on Spa treatments (corporal massages and facials), 20% on Tee times at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Quvira Golf Course, and up to 15% off on Activities when booked through your group code

Is There A Dress Code?
Answer
Our wedding is Beach Formal, meaning women can wear maxi dresses, or elegant sundress and men in lightweight suits or linen pants with a dress shirt. Tie optional. Click the ‘Dress Code’ tab for the color palette.
