Hotel
This hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the wedding venue and the bus for the wedding will leave and drop-off here. The after party will also be at the hotel and the bar will be open late for the after party. We have booked a room block for Friday October 9th through Sunday October 11th but it is filling up quick! Follow the link below to book through the room block or book through the hotels website if the room block is full! If the room block is full, see the section with other hotel options for more info!
Travel Note
If the room block has filled up, the Hampton Inn is the other recommended option! The Hampton Inn is located in the same parking lot as the primary hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) and is also 20 minutes from the wedding and welcome drinks. There are also a few other options in the White Marsh area. If you are looking to stay in Baltimore, whether you'd like to be closer to the airport or you are planning to explore the area while in town, there are a variety of hotels or Airbnbs available in the Baltimore area. Downtown Baltimore is located approximately 30 minutes from the venue. Keep in mind that no shuttles will be available from Downtown Baltimore and transportation will need to be arranged.
Shuttle
October 10, 2026 1:00 pm - 10:30 pm
The wedding is located on the farm so there is plenty of parking available for those wishing to drive. If you aren't interested in driving, shuttles from the hotel will be provided to and from the wedding. Shuttle times will be finalized once we get closer! Shuttles will also be available back to the hotel following the reception!
Travel Note
The closest airport will be the Baltimore airport (BWI) and is the recommended choice, located about 30 minutes from the wedding! However, Reagan Airport in DC, Dulles Airport in DC, and Philadelphia Airport are all less than a 2 hr drive from the wedding if those work out better with your travel plans.
