We ask that our guests RSVP by Friday June 29th. However, please understand that Mystic is a very popular summer destination, especially over Labor Day weekend. If you know that you'll be joining us we are highly encouraging our guests to reserve their accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Answer

Our wedding has a black tie preferred dress code, but don’t stress—if you’re dressed up for a wedding, you’re all set! We just want you to feel comfortable and join in the celebration.

Answer

We're planning for a 4:30 PM ceremony start time, so we’d love for you to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM to get settled and enjoy the moment with us!

Will there be transportation to & from the event?Will there be transportation to & from the event?

Answer

Due to the variety of accommodations in the immediate area and our room block being located at the Hyatt, just a short distance away, we will not be providing transportation to the event. However, we do plan to offer transportation after the celebration via Uber vouchers. Guests can simply scan a code to receive a safe ride back to their accommodations within a 3-mile radius of the wedding venue.

As much as we'd love to have all the little ones join us, we can only accommodate children listed by invitation. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Answer

We are so excited to have you as a guest at our wedding! Unless your invitation specifically includes a plus one, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate dates.

Will the Wedding take place indoors or outdoors?Will the Wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn, offering beautiful views of the Mystic River. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour on the patio/deck just above the ceremony area. The reception will then take place indoors in the hotel ballroom.
