Where do guests stay/make hotel reservations?

Answer

We are strongly encouraging all guests to make reservations directly at Bolton Valley Resort. Please call (don't book online) and let them know you are with the Jackson/Benuck wedding. We have blocked the entire resort so everyone can spend as much time as possible throughout the weekend enjoying time together! (802) 434-3444 If the hotel is already fully booked when you call, feel free to look at AirBnB.com or VRBO.com to stay at ski condos/apartments along Bolton's mountain road.

Where do guests eat during the wedding weekend?

Answer

There are multiple restaurants within Bolton Valley Resort for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. These include The James Moore Tavern (food and bar), Fireside Flatbread, The Bolton Valley Deli, and The Mad Taco. There are also lots of other options in the nearby towns of Waterbury, Stowe, and Burlington.

Are children invited to the wedding and reception?

Answer

Although we love all of your children and families, only the people whose names are on the invitation are invited to the events. Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your adult night out!

Question

How do guests travel between the resort hotel and the wedding venue/reception on the day of the wedding?

Answer

We will be providing free shuttles that will leave from the front of the resort's hotel, and bring guests directly to our wedding venue that is about a half mile down the hill of the Mountain Road. Shuttles will begin bringing guests to the ceremony at 3:30pm as our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm. Our reception will be rocking until 11pm but shuttles can bring guests back to the hotel earlier if needed. Please ask any of the staff working the reception and they can arrange the shuttle service. Otherwise, at 11pm after the guests have sent off the happy newlyweds, the shuttles will begin bringing guests back to the hotel to enjoy the rest of the evening and attend the Afterparty!
