FAQs

The Wedding Website of Hanna Johnson and Zack Hosler
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

This will be an adult only wedding. We want our wedding to be a night off for parents. Take time off to have a night to yourselves and enjoy this celebration with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation should state all those who are invited or include a “and Guest” on the RSVP. If you are unsure please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom to clarify. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please come dressed up and polished but do not think full blown black tie formal. We ask that you do not wear jeans but still dress to your comfort!

Question

What is the alcohol situation?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour following the ceremony where you will have access to a full bar. Beer and a limited amount of our signature cocktail will be provided by us. Any drinks outside of this will be cash bar. No outside alcohol is permitted. We want you to have a good time but please be responsible!

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. Spots could be limited due to other events going on at the country club so please plan accordingly by either carpooling or getting an UBER if needed.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by the date stated on the invite (August 16th), you will be marked as a “No.” We will miss getting to celebrate with you but our venue requires an exact head count in a timely manner to help prepare for the event. It is because of this we cannot accept late RSVP’s, we hope you understand.

Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:00 pm. This should help us stay on schedule and allow time to help guests who may need extra assistance finding a seat.

Question

Can I take pictures/videos at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you honor our “unplugged ceremony” rule. We have hired very talented professionals to help capture this special day for us and do not want to interfere with their amazing work. You will be able to take all the pictures and videos your heart desires during the reception and we will make sure to share all the photos and footage we receive!
