The Oatmans

In the Fall of 2012, Clark Hall at the University of North Texas housed a Resident Assistant with goofy facial hair named Zack and a shy freshman named Adrienne. Mutual friends drew them together, and so they played board games, walked to the downtown square, and ate at the vegan dining hall with a few other brave souls. After a movie night in Zack's room, Adrienne stayed behind and they talked for hours. They both thought it was a forbidden love to date an RA, so they briefly had an exciting secret! As it turns out, their love was not forbidden and all of their friends already knew, but their love was still exponentially thrilling. So the story goes, the now handsomely bearded Zack asked the fierce Adrienne to be his wife, and to this day they can be spotted walking around the square, playing board games, and even getting a bite from Denton's vegan restaurants from time to time.
