Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire - Get fancy with us! For women, that includes an elegant floor-length, midi, or knee-length cocktail dress. For men, this attire consists of a suit jacket, dress pants, and tie.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony is indoors at Disney's Wedding Pavilion, and our reception is outdoors at Epcot's Italy Pavilion. We anticipate beautiful and comfortable weather in February; however, it can sometimes be a bit cool at night, so we suggest bringing a light sweater for our outdoor reception. In the case of inclement weather, we will have an indoor backup location for the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Free Parking will be available for our guests at Disney's Wedding Pavilion.

Is there transportation to and from the reception?
Answer
Following the ceremony, we ask our guests to make their way to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort where charted bus transportation will be provided to Epcot. Disney requires all our guests attending the reception to utilize the charted bus transportation from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We appreciate your enthusiasm, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically invited. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

As much as we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Am I allowed to take photos or videos at your wedding?
Answer
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Please keep all devices turned off and put away during our ceremony. Our amazing professional photographer and videographer will capture all the highlights, and we look forward to sharing the photos with you afterward.

We're so excited to celebrate with you at Walt Disney World! To ensure everyone's safety and a smooth entry, please be aware that security may require guests to open gifts or packages. Additionally, you may be asked to present a valid ID for transportation and security purposes. Thank you for your understanding.
