We strongly recommend flying into BWI Thurgood-Marshall airport, unless you would like enjoy the horrors of driving on the DC Beltway or through DC itself by flying into DCA Ronald Reagan International or IAD Dulles International.
Some hotels have shuttles to/from the airport. The cheapest rideshare option is Super Shuttle (Uber and Lyft tend to be more expensive).
