Zach and Lisa met through pure luck and a magical portal called Bumble. One will never know if it was his pink tutu, devilish smile and witty one-liners or his kind soul that truly cares for those he loves that drew her in, or her beautiful smile, smartass personality, distinct life mentality and genuine love for family and friends that captivated him. Either way, eventually they ended up at Green Mill for their first date where they enjoyed plenty of laughter, solved the world's problems and Lisa managed to gracefully spill blue cheese all over her face, which Zach reminds her at every opportunity he gets. At the end of the date, when they walked out to their cars, Lisa kissed Zach and said "you can call me or not, it doesn't matter to me, the ball is in your court" ... He called her.

The roots of our relationship started at Green Mill restaurant. Our first date started with endless banter, laughter and Lisa with a face full of blue cheese. When it came time to purpose I knew I wanted to bring her back to where it all started for us. With the ring secured in my pocket we went about our day running our daily errands and big plans for lunch, unbeknownst to Lisa. With our food on the way and the conversation flowing, a million scenarios were running through my mind and I just wanted to be sure the moment was special. Overjoyed and filled with anticipation I asked “will you do life with me?” Perhaps not the perfect delivery I practiced in my head but the message still the same. I’d found the woman I wanted to spend my life with, my best friend. After what seemed like hours I heard a tearful yes and I went from boyfriend to fiancé and we started our journey of forever.
