This event is for out of town guests and any interested parties. Desserts and drinks will be served. There will be a shuttle from the Halcyon Hotel starting at 6:45pm and returning to the Hotel starting at 9pm and circling until the last pick-up at 10pm. The venue will have limited parking, but the park has street parking available to the general public only a short walk away.

Ceremony and Reception will be on grass, please wear appropriate shoes There will be shuttles starting at 3:45 PM from the Halcyon Hotel and circling until all guests are present.
