What should I wear? Is there a dress code or the wedding have a theme?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. You do not have to go out and buy something new but please dress nice. Dressing in a neutral or pastel pallet will fit our theme colors. No neon colors and of course NO WHITE. :)

Where is Ceremony and Reception Taking Place?

The Irish Hills Wedding Barn is holding both the ceremony and reception. The address is 14776 US-12 Brooklyn MI, 49230.

Will the Ceremony be Located Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors whereas the reception will be inside the barn. Please dress for the weather, the barn does not have air conditioning.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! If you are late you will not be able to join us until after the ceremony is over.

Where should we park? Is parking free?

Yes, parking is free. The staff will direct you where to park.

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

We are having a childfree wedding. While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Am I Allowed to Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. We appreciate your understanding!

Approximately 100 guests.

Are Masks Required or Will They be Provided?

Answer

Masks are not required but feel free to wear them. There will also be hand sanitizer through the venue location.
