Our wedding will be at Evergreen Lodge in Groveland, California, a beautiful mountain resort located right outside Yosemite National Park. All events including the Welcome Barbecue, Wedding Ceremony, & Wedding Reception are all taking place on site at Evergreen Lodge

For the wedding day, We’d love for our guests to join us in formal attire to help make the day feel extra special. Suits and ties, long dresses, or other elegant evening wear are perfect. Most of all, we want you to feel comfortable, celebrate with us, and have fun!
Booking early is recommended! We have a room block for our guests to be able to choose from different types of cabins for Friday October 2, 2026 - Sunday October 4, 2026. If you would like to extend your stay by booking more than 2 nights, reservation is required over the phone. Just let them know the code "PHIPPS" and then will accommodate based on availability! The room block releases back to the public 4 months before the wedding, so booking early is recommended!
You can RSVP on the wedding website under the RSVP tab. You can also RSVP to individual events during the wedding weekend as well!
We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
The ceremony & reception will both take place outdoors. Weather during the month of October is usually really nice during the day and can get a bit chilly at night, so be prepared for cooler temperatures at night!
We’re going unplugged for the ceremony so we can see your smiles instead of screens. Don’t worry, our photographer will capture it all—and you’ll look even better enjoying the moment live.
