There will be light bites, games, and time to connect and mingle as we welcome you to the Orlando area and give you a taste of a different side of the city before the main wedding celebration at Walt Disney World. If transportation to the Welcome Event is a concern, please reach out to either groom. Group transportation is not being provided for this event, but arrangements can be made to help ensure everyone has a stress free experience as we celebrate together!

Semi-Formal: Celebrate in style! We kindly encourage guests to wear dressy attire that feels polished, festive, and ready for a magical night out. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, blazers, dress pants, button-downs, and nice shoes are all perfect.
Private chartered buses will transport guests staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort to the Wedding Pavilion around 1:30 PM so they can be seated by 2:00 PM. Guests staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will use the covered walkways to the Wedding Pavilion, as the venue is located on-site at the Grand Floridian. Following the ceremony, transportation will be provided to take all guests to the cocktail hour, reception, and dessert party. At the end of the evening, private chartered busses will transport guests back to Pop Century Resort and Grand Floridian Resort.
