Wendy and Leigh met in the second grade where Leigh was the "new kid". The Childs' family move right up the street from the Thompson's where both families became great friends! Leigh has always been patient with Wendy dating back to the days where they would agree to ride their bikes to the stop sign and "meet in the middle" only to have Leigh waiting and waiting until she had to bike all the way to Wendy's. Through all the stages of their life, laughs, cries, ups, downs, and now living on different sides of the world - they have remained by each other's side in one way or other!
Nate Enos
Best Man and Brother
On Nate's third birthday, he received the greatest present of all - Zac! Since that day, Nate has proven to be an excellent older brother. Zac is incredibly grateful for Nate has always been someone Zac can look up to and emulate. From studying in school to playing sports, Zac always had an example to lean on. Zac is especially thankful for Nate now because he cannot wait to meet his new baby niece!
Maggie Reilly McCarthy
Matron of Honor and Boston Bestie
Wendy met Maggie in Providence, RI. while Wendy was attending Johnson & Wales and Maggie Providence College. They both worked at the infamous McFaddens where they quickly realized their love of tequila shots and employee discounted drinks would make them fast friends! After college, Maggie predicted they wouldn't remain friends however, to Maggie's surprise they remained close and fast forward to 2012 Maggie asked Wendy to move to Boston to fill a spot in her three bedroom apartment. This was the best move Wendy made since it wasn’t long after Maggie introduced Wendy to Zac!
Jeff Simonian
Officiant and Childhood Best Friend
Jeff has been Zac's best friend for the past two decades. As kids, Zac would frequently hop on his Razor scooter and head to his second home over at the Simonian's. Between games of mini-hoop and countless viewings of Blue Streak with Nestle Drumsticks, they began a friendship that will last a lifetime. Even as they attended different high schools and colleges, they remained true partners-in-crime all these years later. Zac and Wendy are so happy to have Jeff officiate this wedding.
Tal Hartstein-Enos
Bridesmaid and Future Sister in Law
Wendy's instant love for Tal was evident when they met at Moo Steakhouse in Boston back in 2014. Zac was introducing Wendy to his family when this fiery flame wearing a full length fur coat came into her life. They are so thankful the Enos boys brought them together. Their astounding sometimes (all the time) over the top love for their pups, Sabra and Keith, appreciation of all things cheese and wine, and their fun, loving, loud, bold personalities have made them the best of friends and now, finally, family!
Brett Thompson
Groomsman and Future Brother in Law
Brett and Zac were introduced for the first time when Wendy brought Zac to her hometown in Roxbury, CT. They quickly got along bonding over their love of golf and all things sports. They also frequently go back and forth on their love/hate of Tom Brady and the Patriots. Brett is always the life of the party. Zac is very thankful Brett was accepting and welcoming when he began to visit the Thompson's a lot more frequently. Zac is looking forward to many more golf adventures with Brett ahead!
Beth Martin Fitzgerald
Bridesmaid and Cousin
When Wendy was born, Beth thought she was a real life baby all to herself. Being the only girl cousins on their Mom's side, they have always been more like sisters. Wendy idolized Beth from a very young age and with much hesitation from Wendy's Dad, Beth taught her everything she needed to know about make-up, high heels and introduced her to what is still Wendy's two favorite movies to date: Dirty Dancing and Pretty Women. Through the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, Beth and Wendy remain constant support systems in each other’s lives.
Dave Wood
Groomsman and Childhood Friend, Providence College Roommate
Dave has been a friend of Zac's going back to middle school in Shrewsbury, MA. Starting as teammates on Shrewsbury's basketball team with Jeff, Zac and Dave's friendship grew through four years of high school followed by four years at Providence College. Zac is extremely grateful that he had Dave around to lean on during the years in Providence, RI as Dave is incredibly loyal and totally dependable. Go Duke!
Sarah Lyon Lipinsky
Bridesmaid and Cousin
Sarah was always and continues to be one of Wendy's role models and someone she looks up to. Field hockey, singing Whitney Houston, road trips are a few of many memories Sarah and Wendy have shared through the years. The Thompson family often enjoys a good laugh (usually at their expense) for their "naive tendencies" which they both got from their Grandma Thompson.
Mike Angers
Groomsman and Friend
Mike and Zac have been friends since their days at St. John's high school. Mike grew up a town over from from Zac, but had played hockey with the same guys Zac played baseball with as a kid. Zac quickly grew to love Mike's quick and sarcastic wit. Mike is honest and often blunt - he can be counted on to pump your tires and boost your ego when you need it, and to occasionally knock you down a peg (also when you need it!)
Erin Koslosky Washburn
Bridesmaid and Childhood Bestie
Wendy and Erin met day one, literally. They were born on the same day in the same hospital only to fast forward a few short years where they started Kindergarten together. Navigating through elementary, middle and high school together; Erin and Wendy have always been close. Wendy was a frequent guest of Erin's while she was attending Bentley University for Bentley's Spring Day where Wendy would test Erin's patience by trying on all of her cloths and "messing up" Erin's color coded closet.
Kyle Tibbetts
Groomsman and Friend, Providence College Roommate
Kyle and Zac have been friends since high school and became close friends at Providence College. During their time as roommates in college as well as South Boston post-graduation, they became a dominant NHL09 tandem, a force to be reckoned with as a beer pong duo, and won countless games of darts as a pair. Zac is extremely thankful to have Kyle in his corner.
Jenny Paquin Perrault

Wendy met Jenny at Johnson & Wales where they quickly became inseparable. College house parties, late night laughs, spring break getaways are only a few memories they shared. Jenny was the glue to their tight group and always the life of the party. She has the biggest heart and puts everyone before herself. It's safe to say Wendy probably wouldn't have gotten through college if it wasn't for having Jenny by her side.
Bryan Murphy
Groomsman and Childhood Friend
Bryan and Zac have known each other since middle school. Those who played baseball against Muprh growing up, still to this day have nightmares recalling his four-finger curveball! In high school, Zac enjoyed many a poker game with Murph and the boys. Murph is the epitome of kindness and selflessness and Zac considers himself lucky to have him as a friend.

Bridesmaid and College Roommate
Wendy met Ang at Johnson & Wales and immediately knew she needed to be friends with this fun, loud, soccer obsessed human. They bicker like sisters and annoy each other most of the time but, deep down, they couldn't imagine not being in each other's life. Most of the times spent together they are laughing (usually at each other), eating and binge watching Law and Order SVU.
Chris Dufault

Chris and Zac became close friends in high school. Duf and Zac bonded over many breakfasts at the Parkway Diner before school enjoying a few laughs to start the day. They also shared many hours after school studying (read: sitting at the library talking about the girls they liked and the teachers they didn't).

Lily is one of the most special little girls in Wendy's life. She is funny, loving, smart and full of sass. Dance is her passion as one day she hopes to become a Rockette! She brings so much joy (and energy) to her family and Wendy is so honored to have Lily by her side for her big day!

Newest addition to Wendy's girl gang, Nava was born March 2020 and has brought Uncle Z and Aunt Wendy more happiness than she'll ever know!
