Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. 13 and older permitted if included on the invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that everyone wear semi formal attire, i.e suits, tuxedos, tea length dresses, formal cocktail dresses or floor length dresses.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Great question! Our ceremony is being held outdoors pending good weather, with the cocktail hour and reception being indoors.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 16th, 2022 so we have ample time to give our venue our final headcount.

Where can I park?

Answer

If driving to and from the venue yourself, Renault Winery has free parking on premises! Parking is also available for free at the hotel block provided with transportation to and from the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if allotted on the RSVP. We are strictly staying to RSVP only for our guest list to stay on budget.

Are there vegetarian and gluten free options?

Answer

Yes! Both during cocktail hour and the reception, we will have GF options, vegetarian options and a vegetarian entree option. In addition, there will be a gluten free cake (that Victoria is excited about) for those with allergies.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is providing a golf cart for those that require it, and the ballroom has a wheelchair via elevator to the rooftop. In addition there are ramps and elevators throughout the venue for wheelchair accessibility

What if I want to book a room at the Chateau Renault on property?

Answer

That is fine! Just be wary that there is limited capacity and rooms may not be available. They only give each wedding a limited number of rooms for the wedding party and three weddings can be held at the same time! You can inquire on the website if there is availability for our weekend but no group code for a room block will be provided unless in the bridal party.

Do I have to stay at the hotel block?

Answer

No you don't, whatever is easier for you and your family is okay with us. There are plenty of hotels available between Egg Harbor City and Atlantic City!

Is it a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

We have an open top shelf bar for the entirety of our wedding cocktail hour and reception. Cash bar is available post reception at the private after party or the public tasting room bar on property. FYI No shots are allowed to be given out from the bartenders.

Who is your entertainment for the night?

Answer

We have Ceremonious Strings LLC performing as a string trio of violin and cello for the duration of the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception is being DJ'd/MC'd by SCE Event Group with DJ Nick Spinelli. We have read and heard many great things about both of these groups and can't wait to dance the night away!

Who are your vendors?

Answer

For photography we are using Nikki at Ultimate Edge Photography LLC, DJ/MC is Nick Spinelli with SCE Event Group, Ceremonious Strings LLC is going to provide entertainment through the ceremony and cocktail hour, and our florist is Betina with Betina's at Parkview. Makeup and hair is being done by Randi with Make Me Sparkle LLC and all the food and alcohol is being provided through the venue Renault itself. Our soy candle favors were hand poured by Incandescent Gifts! Mike's affordable shuttle is providing guest transportation between the hotel and venue. For the rooftop deck seating arrangement we used Dovetail Vintage Rentals to spruce up the space! Heather from Rerentless Events LLC helped coordinate our beautiful day. We could not have put this together without all these wonderful vendors!!
