Is there a Hotel Room Block Code?

Answer

Unfortunately there is not a hotel room block code to use but we made sure that the hotels listed within the travel tab are reasonably priced and that the price range does vary depending on your budget. Please remember that these hotels are suggestions and you do not have to use one of these ones. You can also use Airbnb.com, Bookings.com, or Vrbo.com to find a place to stay instead of a hotel as well.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We request formal dress but the blazer is optional. Wear any color you would like, but please, refrain from wearing white or red, Thanks!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a dirt parking lot right in front of the entrance gate with plenty of room, please keep in mind that our wedding is in December so there could be snow or ice on the ground and the parking lot could be muddy when you are picking your shoes.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself & your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are Children invited?

Answer

We love all your little ones! However, due to many factors, including limited space, we respectfully ask that the only bring children if they are included in your invitation.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Answer

There is a designated smoking area that is on the small patio just outside the front doors of the reception hall.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do know that Uber and Lyft are able take people up to the venue. There is a ski resort called Eldora Mountain Ski resort further up the canyon so snow should not be a problem. The roads will be plowed. Also look in the travel section there is a travel notice that explains the Uber Option should you need it.
