Shuttles will be leaving each hotel at 2:00pm and 2:30pm for the church. Vehicles can be left at the church overnight in the west parking lot and should be picked up by 9am Sunday morning.
4:30 pm
Semi-formal attire requested
Following the ceremony, shuttles will be provided to transport you to Equestria West. Cocktail hour will begin around 4:30pm and there will be light bites in addition to drinks to hold everyone over until dinner is served. Vehicles can be left at Equestria West overnight but must be picked up by 11am Sunday morning.
