We’re getting married!!

Zachary and I got engaged on Christmas of 2018. I knew it was going to happen but I didn't know when. All day I prepared that maybe, it just might happen today of all days. I thought to myself that maybe it will happen when Im opening up gifts that morning, well it didn't happen. Then I thought maybe it will happen when we got back home and it was snowing, but it didn't happen. Then I got all dressed up for Christmas dinner and made sure my make-up was just right, and shocker didn't happen. So expecting my defeat I continued to get ready for work that night cause it was my holiday day to work. Zachary knowing that I was upset but knowing why, gave me kissed before work, and walked me to my car like he always does. As I finally pulled into work and was heading into the employee entrance, there was a strange man standing on the bridge in the court yard of the hospital ( Now let me tell you the Hospital I work at has a beautiful display of lights for Christmas in the court yard. ). He started to call my name confused and cold I continue to rush inside for warmth. He kept calling my name so I finally stopped and said who are you he yelled “Zach”. At this point I'm more confused and cold and yelled back "meet me inside its cold !" which he Yelled " no come here" I said " no its too cold and I'm running late" Finally it dawned on me that " oh shoot my engagement !" So I ran over and I as I got there he drooped on one knee had a speech and at the end of the speech asked me to marry him! Of course I said YES!!! and that Ladies and Gentlemen is how Zachary and I got engaged . 💍
