When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 25th at the latest so we have an accurate head count to give to our vendors.

Where should I park?

Answer

The parking at the Opera House can be tricky as this is a busy time of year for Pella. The spots on the square are time restricted, so we've gathered a list of free and public lots nearby in the "Travel" section of the website.

How should I dress?

Answer

We'd prefer you to wear formal attire. If you'd like to dress in color theme, our colors are pastel pinks, mauves, purples, and greens.

Open or Cash Bar???

Answer

We will have a Ticket Bar. Each adult guest will receive a few tickets for free beer or wine. Beyond that, alcohol will be available for purchase. If you don't drink, we're sure there will be many people that would be happy to take those tickets off of your hands:) Non alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Maybe! Your invitation will specify the people invited and any +1's.

I'm from out of state. What is the weather like??

Answer

Weather can be hit or miss here in Iowa! But in general, for May, you can probably expect daytime highs of 60-70 and lows of 40-50. We suggest preparing for the possibility of rain or even snow, as it not uncommon for this time of year. As the event draws closer, we will be able to give you a more accurate idea of what the weather will be like
