When should I RSVP?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP using the QR code within the invitation by August 4, 2025. This will allow us to give our vendors a final head count prior to the wedding. If we have not received your RSVP by the due date, we will mark you as "not attending."

Is my whole family invited?
Answer
We are excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Due to the venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Please scan the QR code on the RSVP card to view the specific guests who are invited. If you have any questions, please contact the bride or groom for clarification.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love for our guest to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or a dress shirt, dress pants, and tie. Ladies, a mid-length cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal. Please refrain from wearing jeans or other casual attire. Out of respect for the bride, please avoid wearing white.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

We kindly ask that all guest arrive by 1:15 pm to be seated for the ceremony to ensure a timely start.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please turn off all cellphones and cameras to enjoy this moment with us. We have hired a fabulous photographer and videographer to capture our special day and will gladly share the moments with you all at a later date.

Where can I park?
Answer
If driving to the reception venue (The Gateway Building), there is public parking available in the lot to the northeast kitty-corner of the Gateway Building. At the Pere Marquette Hotel, there is an attached parking garage. The daily parking rate at the hotel is $15.

Where can I stay?
Answer
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette with a special group rate for Friday and Saturday night. Please navigate to the "travel" tab on our website to view the link or call (309)-637-6500 by August 5, 2025 to book your stay.

Is there a shuttle?
Answer
It is a 1/2 mile walk from the Pere Marquette Hotel to the Gateway Building (reception venue). We have secured A Touch of Class Limousine Service to provide a 14-passenger shuttle van to transport our guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the venue from 3:30-5 PM and then will transport guests from the venue back to the hotel from 8:45-11:15 PM.
