The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before to comfortably find your seat.
Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional. Women can wear floor-length dresses or gowns, but cocktail dresses that are midi or tea length are also acceptable. Men can wear a formal tuxedo with a bow tie or formal suit with a tie. For those that are curious of our wedding colors, they are light pink, green, and touches of gold. Think springtime!
Due to the size and limitations set by the venue, we respectfully ask that only those named on your invitation attend.
As much as we love each and every one of our younger nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation/RSVP. Enjoy this date night on us! We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
The Howey Mansion is located in a very small town, Howey-in-the-Hills, which is about 35 minutes northwest of downtown Orlando. In the "Travel" tab above we have included a few hotels that are not too far from the venue. In the "Things To Do" tab, you can find more information about local attractions and events held, both locally and in the greater Orlando area.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us, we have an amazing photographer who will capture all of the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, while cocktail hour and dancing will be held indoors in the ballroom. Weather in Orlando in March is slowly starting to warm up, but is known to have some chilly evenings. Please keep an eye on weather to plan accordingly.
Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safe!
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
