What time can I take the shuttle?

Answer

The shuttle will run between 2:30pm and 4pm to take guests to the wedding venue. The shuttle will then run between 9pm and 1am to take guests back to the hotel. Note: the shuttle will not run between 4pm and 9pm

Please submit RSVP's and Regrets no later than Friday, September 20th.

When is the wedding?

Saturday October 12, 2024 The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, and will be followed by a cocktail hour. The reception will end at midnight.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are both being held at Valley of the Eagles in Elyria 100 Gulf Road, Elyria, OH, 44035 All of our guests are invited to attend both the ceremony and reception. There will be a cocktail hour held in between.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

Our venue has free onsite parking. Guests may leave their vehicle parked there overnight.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. Cocktail dresses and suits (jacket optional). Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside. The bridal party will be wearing Navy Blue and Cinnamon.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Please keep in mind, there will be loud music and an open bar. If your child is not listed on the invitation, we encourage you to use this as a “night out” for yourself! We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, please party accordingly!

Is there a smoking section?

Answer

Yes, smoking is permitted on the patio. There will be a designated “Cigar Bar” outside.
