Important rules for our venue

* Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times; this is because there is an electric fence for the horses on the property. * No one is allowed inside the pastures with the horses; please do not feed them, they have extremely sensitive stomachs. * No smoking is allowed indoors. * Restrooms are located in the lounge/catering area. Refrain from using the barn restrooms. * The event will be finished around 9:30pm, with everyone (besides cleaning crew) being off of Hartsoe Farms property at 10pm.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP ASAP, but no later than February 28th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Begin arriving after 4pm, but before 5pm. We are doing optional photos when you arrive that will be added to our wedding guest book (along with your signature)!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress business casual, we want to take photos with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

* There is parking, but if possible, try to carpool with other attendees; otherwise, parking may be more limited. * Parking is available between the venue and fenced pasture area, please do not park below the roped off area.
