The wedding will be held at Tuscan Rose Vineyards at 45884 Bismark Rd, Callahan, FL 32011.
We recommend that guests arrive onsite at 4:30pm. This accounts for time to fill out our guest book and find your seats before the ceremony starts promptly at 5pm. If you are unable to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, the parking attendant will kindly ask you to wait in your car until the ceremony has completed!
Yes! There will be onsite parking available for each guest, however we highly encourage sharing a ride with those in your family/party to assist the staff with space and efficiency :)
We kindly request for all guests to wear formal attire in "earth-toned" or "muted" colors. Please refer to our "Dress Code" tab for more information / outfit inspiration.
While we believe the more the merrier, we have decided to keep our special day intimate. This means that we are only able to accommodate for those guests named when RSVPing under your last name!
Of course! What's a wedding without some fun ;) We will be providing open bar including liquor, beer, wine, champagne, and two speciality cocktails crafted by Zach and Lilly!
Both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, and our reception will be indoors.
We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged, meaning all phones and cameras are put away and silenced. However, photos and videos are highly encouraged after/before the ceremony. We even have a little surprise for our guests who love to capture the moment!!
If you are wanting to stay close to the venue, we recommend staying in a hotel or AirBnb in North Jacksonville (The venue is technically in Callahan, FL - right north of Jacksonville).
For those who wish to give a gift, we kindly accept gifts in person, by phone, or delivered to our home address. There will also be an area for gifts when you arrive.
