Shuttles
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Convention Center we will have a bus pick up guests and bring them to the venue. There is only 1 shuttle so please plan accordingly.
Bus starts loading 4:45 PM
Bus leaves at 5:00 PM
You arrive at the venue at 5:10 PM
Bus starts loading: Midnight
Bus leaves at 12:15 AM
You arrive back at the hotel at 12:25 AM
PLEASE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.
We will have a volunteer that has offered to drive guests back to their hotels that night if needed - information on that will be available on the day.
